Honestly, I've been looking forward to writing something about this for long and I think now is the time to air my thoughts. Yes Now!
When it comes to reviewing an OS, I usually consider, the app integration,user interface and how mobile/handy the operating system seems to be.
In Nigeria here, Very few people know what an Android device is; so is windows phone. I won't really call that ignorance but I know they'll know someday.
