Get MTN FASTMAIL settings for your e-mail enabled phone.

This service is a new service from MTN for e-mail enabled phones and for subscribers on the MTN network. In case you don't know where e-mail is in your wap enabled phone. Go to your messages where you have inbox, outbox, etc. Scroll down until you see e-mail or mail.
To set up settings from an MTN line, go to settings in your phone, select configuration or internet settings, click on personal configuration, press options then click on add new select e-mail from the list provided then input the parameters below:

Mailbox name= MTN FASTMAIL
Email address= YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Outgoing SMTP server=smtp.mtnfastmail.com
Incoming server type= IMAP 4
Incoming imap 4 server= imap.mtnfastmail.com
IMAP 4 user= @mtnfastmail.com
Outgoing SMTP port= 25
Incoming IMAP 4 port= 143

To request for these settings from MTN, send MTNFASTMAIL to 3888 via text message.
